I'm a former professional basketball player who spent years competing in Europe and playing Division I basketball in the U.S. But my real education came from working through injuries—learning what it takes to build a body that moves well, feels strong, and lasts.

That journey taught me how to train smarter, not just harder. Now, I want to help YOU  do the same—whether you're an athlete looking to take your performance to the next level or someone who just wants to feel and move better in everyday life, my coaching can help you reach your goals.

I am based in Helsinki and conduct all in-person training locally.

Do you only train basketball players?

No, I am open to training all athletes and offer a program for non-basketball players to help develop their athletic performance.

Do you offer remote or online training?

Yes, I offer remote training for clients.
